Challenge:
Tender Hearts Assisted Living's previous website had served them well over the years, but as their community continued to grow and evolve, they recognized the need for a fresh, modern online presence. The existing site, while functional, didn't fully capture the vibrant and caring atmosphere that defines Tender Hearts, its dedicated staff, and the wonderful residents they serve. Eager to enhance their digital presence and create a unified look across their Caraton Commons Senior Living Communities sister site, Tender Hearts Assisted Living partnered with AGENCY NEXT for a complete website transformation.
Solution:
AGENCY NEXT rebuilt the Tender Hearts Assisted Living website from the ground up, focusing on several key areas to improve functionality and design:
- Modern Design: Completely redesigned the outdated website with a fresh, modern and user-friendly design. The new layout is easy to navigate and welcoming, like Tender Hearts Assisted Living.
- Custom Imagery: Used real images of the facility, staff and residents to bring authenticity and warmth to the site. This way the website truly reflects the community and environment of Tender Hearts Assisted Living.
- Site Revamp/Rebuild: Addressed the limitations of the previous site by revamping the structure and making it easy for Tender Hearts Assisted Living to manage and update. This included implementing a more robust content management system to prevent future accessibility issues.
- Sister Site Integration: Kept the design and functionality consistent with the Caraton Commons Senior Living Communities site so both sites align in overall look and feel and user experience but cater to their respective audiences.
Outcome:
The new Tender Hearts Assisted Living website was completed in 14 days and their online presence is now transformed. The modern design with real imagery has improved the look and functionality of the site, and now Tender Hearts Assisted Living can manage and update the site themselves if they choose to, so it stays current and accurate.
