AGENCY NEXT: Terms of Service

Welcome to AGENCY NEXT! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we offer. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services and Pricing:

• AGENCY NEXT offers a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product called "Branding Page" for $97 per month.

• We also offer additional services including:
• PPC Management
• Video Editing and Video Optimization
• Google Business Profile Management

• Please note that all additional services require a concurrent subscription to the Branding Page.

• All prices are subject to change at any time, with 30 days' notice provided to existing customers.

2. Payment and Fees:

• You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your chosen services promptly.

• We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

• A $997 one-time startup design fee is required for the Branding Page.

• No refunds are available for the startup design fee or any prepaid service periods.

3. Termination and Cancellation:

• You may cancel any service at any time with 30 days' written notice.

• We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment or violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property:

• AGENCY NEXT owns the intellectual property rights to the Branding Page platform and other services we offer.

• You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without our express written permission.

• The content you upload to your Branding Page remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with the provision of the service.

5. Disclaimer:

• AGENCY NEXT makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding our services.

• We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid for the services.

7. Governing Law:

• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Entire Agreement:

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AGENCY NEXT LLC regarding your use of our services.

9. Amendment:

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website.
